Description
VILLA HIGHLANDS * To install complete overhead NFPA 13 fire sprinkler protection system construct a new 63,830-ft/2, three story, independent living facility with 50 dwelling units, a common kitchen, dining room and multi-purpose area on the first floor for the residence use only. There is a 500-ft/2 arts and craft room located on the third floor, a 300-ft/2 exercise room and a 200-ft/2 projection room on the second floor. The first floor is 22,758-ft/2, the second floor is 19,978-ft/2 and the third floor is 20,093-ft/2. NOTE: This structure is fully fire sprinklered per NFPA 13 for area increase. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. The underground fire service supply main was permitted by the same company under FIR05-00600. This permit is attached to BLD05-00087.
