COOLER FREEZER REMOVAL * To remove a fire sprinkler protection from a walk-in cooler and freezer located in a 1,340-ft/2 tenant space previously occupied for an ice cream parlor, installed under BLD01-00066. The fire sprinkler work involves removing 2 dry pendant sprinklers and the possibility of replacing them with 2 uprights sprinklers (match the existing shell). Work to include new accessible unisex restroom, new interior walls with doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, new walk-in cooler and freezer, fire sprinkler work, new plumbing, new mechanical, and new electrical work. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.
