To provide sprinkler head modifications for a new tenant space. The building scope of work is to remodel an existing 900 sq.ft. retail tenant space for a new tenant per approved plans. Work to include, removal of existing nonbearing partitions and finishes, construction of a new storefront system with new roll down security grill, installation of suspended ceiling system, installation of new HVAC system, construction of a new accessible restroom, miscellaneous related finishes. This building is fully firesprinklered and contains a smoke evacuation system, any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
