Description	GUERDON ENTERPRISES - A PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE* This permit is a "Scope of Work" permit only, limited to the relocation of some 8" existing riser feed main to accommodate a new mezzanine, which will be installed under a separate permit. To relocate an existing 5" feed main that will be above the new mezzanine ceiling, and to install 4 new 8" wet pipe system risers with header, backflow device, wall mounted P.I.'s, FDC and forward flow appurtenance, and (some) 8" main to be capped for future connection and protection of the existing facility, and in association with a new 10,080-ft/2 manufacturing/assembly building. The new (4) risers will not be connected to a water supply installed at a later date, under a separate permitting. Mezzanine fire sprinkler work is not allowed under this permit and will require separate permitting in association with a (mezzanine) building permit. This building is fully sprinklered. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.

I assumed that this permit was never finaled since it was a "scope of work permit" therefore I am expiring the permit. I did not final this permit since it was a "scope of work permit"
