(WESTERN WOODWRIGHT - SMITH/HOSAC BLDG) To add 4 new SSP's for the construction of 2 new offices and a breakroom, located in an existing warehouse tenant space occupied under MIS05-00199. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new partitions, the installation of new suspended ceiling system and installation of new mechanical (HVAC) being installed in both the warehouse and office spaces. No work allowed in the warehouse. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permitted work scope is attached to BLD05-03100.
