Work not addressed in the fire protection permit is the installation of a raised access floor in new MRI equipment room and portion of MRI room and upgrade concrete floor at new MRI unit. Fire sprinkler work in the MRI unit room shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
