THEATER XTREME-COLTRIN BLDG * To add fire sprinkler protection on an existing 18,490-ft/2 two story shell building system for a new 3,980-ft/2 retail store tenant for a home theater/cinema, video/audio, furniture, and accessories store, with some storage in the first floor area. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new interior walls, new suspended ceiling, soffit work and two new accessible restrooms. This building is fully fire sprinklered for "Area" and "Story" increase. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-03088.
