ALTERRA WYNWOOD AT RIVER PLACE * This and existing system repair. To replace all the existing thinwall (schedule 10) mains with new Thinwall (schedule 10) galvanized mains throughout this 60,400-ft/2 building. The First floor is 34,400-ft/2 and the second is 26,000-ft/2 due to the deterioration and rotting of the same. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any associated building permit.
