HOLBROOK BUILDING UG (SHELL) - To install approximately 786'-0" of 6" C-900 PVC connected at the property line off Cormorant Place, offset, around to the south (?) and into a system riser room with proposed 1 hour occupancy separation and outside access control, for a new 15,500-ft/2, one story, steel and wood framed retail and office shell building. This building will be fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-02746.
