To provide required monitoring of the new required outside control and relocation of the backflow preventer (replaced) tamper. The required sprinkler monitoring system was installed and finaled 1/20/2006. (FIR05-00677) The PDS Fire Inspector to field verify functionality of the tamper switches. If additional appliances are required, a resubmittal will be necessary. No written comments. Battery calculations appear to be sufficient. Provide revised building map, including any architectural changes to the PDS Fire Inspector at time of inspection.

The associated sprinkler permit (FIR06-00122) is to modify the existing system riser to accommodate a required outside control; an acceptable option taken by the owner for this new 7,800-ft/2, one story wood framed office building. The underground fire service supply lead-in was installed under FIR05-00460. Overhead was installed under FIR05-00570. All fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
