Supply line flush passed. I did a rough-in inspection for the showroom level only and found that the upright sprinkler heads on the west side of the wall that separates the long corridor from the showroom are overspaced. They are 8'-3" off of this wall.

Areas of Concern-Corrections Required:
1. The designer shall provide plans that are of a clarity and font size that is discernable without undue stress or stain by the naked eye. This plan shall be onsite with this approved stamped plan for clarification for the IFC Fire/Life Safety inspector. If not available, the requested and required inspection shall not be allowed and considered "FAILED" due to lack of approved plans. Also reference item #4 below. (BMC 7-01-50-IFC 901.2, IFC 105.4.2)
2. Plan sheet #UG-1, Item #3 is unacceptable. PVC or any other plastic service pipe cannnot be used and shall terminate within 5'-0" inside the point of entry into this building. Exposed piping shall be of an approved carbon steel material meeting Also reference item #4 below. (NFPA 13-10.1.4[1], IPC 605.4)
4. This underground plan with required changes, notes and any redline changed items must be transmitted to the overhead fire permit review plans with no exceptions. (BMC 7-01-50-IFC 901.2, IFC 105.4.2)
