C2 ENTERPRISES (SHELL BUILDING) - Fire sprinklers used for area increase. No tenant occupancy allowed in this facility until this fire permit is finaled. To install a complete, wet pipe, overhead OH-2 Occupancy fire sprinkler system in a new 12,941-ft/2, one story, Type V-B, fully fire sprinkled office retail shell building with three divided tenant spaces of 1944-ft/2, 1944-ft/2 and 9053-ft/2. Other work associated with shell permit is the underground fire service supply, installed under FIR05-00850. No occupancy authorized per this permit. Separate plans and permits required for each space. A 9,053-ft/2 tenant space is being finished under BLD05-02759 with fire permit FIR06-00215. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-02758.

Re-Submittals Of The Following Items Are Required:
1. Most remote (roof) area verified does not scale to minimum requirement of 1500-ft/2 (1475-ft/2). Provide clarification by dimensioning area of operation on the plan. When identifying and verifying the most demanding area, provide the actual area and not just the minimum allowed by the code with the calc cover sheets and plan calc sticker. (BMC 7-01-50-IFC 901.2 and IFC 105.4)

2. This is a "shell" permit. Address shell permit information and submit separately permitting for the T.I. permit.

3. All overhead piping in this facility except 1" is addressed as thinwall.
a. Provide fitting type connecting the thinwall lines and lines to mains throughout this design submitted, meeting requirements addressed in NFPA 12.1.2(21).
b. Any fitting incorporating that exceeds the standard fitting friction loss chart shall have calculations modified accordingly.

4. All equipment installing that requires listing shall be submitted for review (for installation requirement verification).
