STEEL WOOD FLEX. CONDOS. (SHELL BUILDING #3) - To construct a new 5,550-ft/2, one story, office shell building constructed of masonry exterior wall, concrete slab floor and wood truss roof system. This building will be fully fire sprinklered to meet fire water flow requirements. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The underground fire service supply was permitted under FIR06-00078. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-01262. This is a cold shell building permit only. This and the underground service supply must be finaled prior to any following and or associated tenant improvement permits. No occupancy is allowed under this permit.

Re-Submittals Of The Following Items Are Required:
1. FP1. Riser shall be provided with minimum dimensioning on it. Some critical required dimensioning is floor to center of the system riser piping, an acceptable FDC (w/elevations), critical listing installation requirements for the flow switch, etc. It would wise and helpful to include pipe sizing (not just as related in the riser keyed notes).

2. FP.1. Provide/Finish elevation dimensioning of the FP1 Section "A-A" and "B-B" on FP1.

3. Since the designer has submitted one package for 4 permits, provide a floor plan that addresses the (proposed) tenant T.I.'s in regard to locations and wall boundaries.

2:30 pm. Call De Best Fire Protection and talked to Matt regarding this project. Building permit attached is a a shell permit and plans submitted is complete shell and T.I. Address has no shell work associated. Address on the permit application does not match the building permit? He said he will check it out get back with me.
