The sprinkler scope of work is to add three new pendants in the new office areas and provide eight new uprights for proper coverage along a new demizing wall. The building scope of work is to construct a 4,895 sq.ft. vanilla finish space for future warehouse with 2 offices and 1 accessible restroom. No occupany allowed under this permit. Work to include, construction of interior partitions to create offce area and restroom, installation of a suspended ceiling system in office area, installation of a two zone HVAC system that will condition both the warehouse and office areas, installation of lighting and related electrical outlets, miscelaneous related interior finishes, This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
