The associated building permit (BLD05-02400) is to change existing medical office's and reception areas into a medical treatment room and new reception areas (Pod C). Pod B, remove existing storage millwork and infill between two existing work stations with new millwork to match existing for third work station and add millwork for two new storage areas. Work includes selective demolition, interior millwork, finishes and equipment. A "Letter of Compliance is required for this project as evidence of final inspections and approvals for this project scope. NOTE: Any modifications to the existing sprinkler and alarm systems require separate permits and shall comply with the 2003 IFC.
