CSC HOMES LLC * To install a (modified) life safety NFPA 13D system in a five bedroom, three bathroom 4,057-ft/2 single family dwelling (2,326-ft/2 first floor, 1,731-ft/2 second floor), with an attached 888-ft/2 three car garage. The modification is the installation of a single row of dry sidewall sprinklers along the common wall attached to the garage and the living space. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. Provide orfice in the sprinkler test line and test the flow switch and alarm bell. Flush the underground supply piping. Provide signage at the riser. Provide hydraulic sticker, head box, spare sprinklers and head wrench. Mount the riser against the wall. Provide the missing sprinkler canopies and replace the sprinkler canopies that have been painted unless verification can be provided that they were factory painted.

Sprinkler piping is ok to cover except for the dining room area due to the pendant being overspaced and not tented. Per Bill plans need to be resubmitted showing the six added pendants, the corrected underground supply and the correct backflow preventor.
