This inspection/conference was requested by Shilo Automatic Sprinkler. I was told the the meeting would be attended by Shilo, the builder and myself. Upon arrival I was notified by Shilo that the building had other items to attend to and would not make it. The issue at hand is this house is nearly complete. It appears all that is missing is paint, carpet and most importantly a fire sprinkler system. Per the sprinkler contractor the builder does not want to remove any ceiling to facilitate the installation of the missing sprinkler system. I left a correction notice referring to Item #41 of the sprinkler review comments which states the pipe shall be exposed for inspection. Sam Rogers was notified by phone of the situation.
