TI work includes the remodel and addition of 1,700 sq ft. to the west end of the building. A change in scope created a resubmittal to Boise City on 9/21/06 to replace the existing Pyrotronics fire alarm control panel with a new Edwards EST-3 control panel and provide compatible initiating devices and additional A/V coverage. The existing Pyrotronics System 23 horn panel is to remain. Existing and new notification devices will be added as necessary to provide total audible / visual requirements within the building per current IFC 2003 code. The associated building permit (BLD06-00830) is to demolish and remove the windows and door at the west exterior door and to demolish and remove the sidewalk at the west end of the building. To construct a 33'x52' (1,700 sq. ft.) one story addition at the west end of the existing 12,500 square foot, health services building.
