To provide a required manual fire alarm system. The required manual fire alarm system includes sprinkler monitoring and notification throughout the public spaces. (Per IFC review, manual pull stations are not required if the building alarm system notifies on water flow).

The building permit BLD04-00944 is to construct a new 10,716 sq.ft. three story, four unit apartment building. The first floor is 3,806 sq.ft. which 2,000 sq.ft. is for the garages, the second floor is 3,946 sq.ft. and the third floor is 2,964 sq.ft. He indicated the FA contractor (Future Tech) failed to submit plans for a FA permit and has already installed the system, knowingly violating the requirement for a permit prior to installation work. I indicated we would attempt to get it out by Friday, which would be a 5-day turnaround but I could not promise that.
