PETERSON AUTOPLEX - BMW SHOWROOM ADDITION * To extend fire sprinkler protection into a new 7,738-ft/2 one story type V-B show room addition, which includes a new 986-ft/2 mezzanine, a new 588-ft/2 mezzanine in the existing shop building between grids "F" and "G," a 704-ft/2 covered parking canopy (located on the north side of an existing auto shop), remodeling and upgrade sprinklers in the existing locker, service manager, men's/women's restrooms, a hallway, supply room and overhead doors. Also includes the demolition of an existing spray paint booth and compressor room and the relocation of the inspectors test. Other work includes remodeling restrooms and adding a 588 sq. ft. mezzanine within the existing shop building with new mechanical ventilation system. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, plans which may include red-lined notes, as regulated by the Fire Chief. This existing building is fully sprinklered. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
