This shell building is for a future coffee shop. The underground fire sprinkler supply work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-03434.

Underground piping from the street to with in approximately 10'-0" of the building is ok to cover. The remaining section will be call in for a later inspection when installed. Per the sprinkler contractor the fire sprinkler monitoring system does not appear to be monitored by an outside agency. I notified ray criner via phone call and email. He stated he would follow up.
