The associated building permit (BLD 05-02812) is to construct a 3520 square foot, one story addition on the east side of the existing 11,035 square foot, one story Commercial Tire, retail and auto repair building. The addition is constructed of masonry exterior walls, concrete slab floor and metal roof. This addition will be used for wheel alignment work and tire storage. This permit also includes the remodel of the existing men's and women's restroom to bring them into compliance with accessibility requirements and to install fire sprinklers throughout the building. This permit also includes related site improvements. The existing portion of this building was constructed in Ada County. This building will be fully fire sprinklered.
