NAYLOR & HALES - BANNER BANK BLDG - STE 610 * This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To add 7 SSP's and relocate 14 existing SSP's for the construction of a new 3,6002-ft/2 office tenant space located on the 6th of a 182,950-ft/2, twelve story concrete and steel framed office and retail, w/parking, high rise building. This permit covers a 209-ft/2 breakroom to serve the entire 6th story. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of "Nordwall" demountable nonbearing partitions with disallowed use of the "Room Design Method" (NFPA 13-11.2.3.3). The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. The shell fire sprinkler permit was installed under FIR05-00594. This permit is attached to building permit BLD06-00323.
