To modify an existing fire sprinkler system in a 1,759-ft/2 tenant space located first floor, (shell) portion of an existing two story 18,490-ft/2 building constructed under BLD04-02020. Shell sprinkler system was installed under FIR05-00312, finaled 02/15/2006. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of new interior walls, suspended ceiling, two new accessible building core area restrooms and hallway per plans which may include red-lined notes, attached plan review conditions, regulated by the Fire Chief. This review comment, permit and fire "Inspection Card," are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
