(CARITTA SALON EXPANSION - HOFF BLDG - 1ST STORY) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise building. This tenant space is located on the 1st story of a historic high rise building. Per an agreement with the Building Dept, dated 6/17/2003, sprinkler heads shall be upgraded to quick Response. Permitted work is to relocate and replace 12 S.R. SSP's to Q.R. SSP's. Also to replace 8 existing S.R. SSP's to Q.R. SSP's for the expansion of an existing 929-ft/2 hair salon into an adjacent 571-ft/2 area related to new interior nonbearing walls, and misc. surface upgrades throughout. All work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. A sprinkler demolition permit was issued under FIR06-00167. This permit is attached to building permit BLD05-03418.
