DISCOVERY PLAZA ONE OFFICE (SHELL BUILDING) U.G. - To install approximately 372 feet of 6" C-900 PVC, connected to an existing 8" service and wrapping around the east and south side of the building and up through the floor near the outside wall of a Mechanical Room with 6" Ductile Iron Class 50 to approximately 6" above the finished floor with an 6" x 11" blind flange. This fire service supply if to feed a new fire sprinkler system in a new 16,500-ft/2, one story office and storage shell building. The fire sprinkler underground work shall comply with NFPA 13-2002, NFPA 24-2002 the IFC-2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum fire code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD06-00288.
