CAPITOL BUSINESS CENTRES - BANNER BANK BLDG - STE 700. To construct a whole floor (16,182 square feet) office tenant space on the 7th floor of a high-rise building. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, an enlarged 2-hr stairway enclosure, doors, sidelights, millwork, and finishes. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The shell and core, including the core restrooms, were constructed under permit BLD04-02348. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. TVFP to relocate 67 Reliable F1FR 300 PSI Pendents and add 13 Reliable F1FR 300 PSI Pendents. This work is associated with BLD06-01031.
