Description	ALL AMERICAN HOMES - To install a (modified) life safety NFPA 13D system in a four bedroom, three and half bathroom, 3,536-ft/2 two story, single family dwelling, (2172-ft/2 first floor, 1364-ft/2 second floor) with a attached 831-ft/2 three car garage. The modification is the installation of a single row of sprinkler protection along the common areas attached to the garage from the living spaces. System shall be equipped with an alarm initiating device and an outside alarm. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes dual use, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (both installed by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
