The associated building permit (BLD06-00889) is to construct a 2,467 sq.ft. tenant space for use as eye exam, lab, display & sales all per approved plans. Work includes construction of interior walls to create exam rooms, work room, lens process room, offices and support areas and open display and sales area; two fully accessible restrooms, finishes, cabinetry, suspended ceiling grid system, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarms systems upgrade to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances.
