To provide a duct detector for HVAC shutdown and an audible in the space to an existing required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system which includes HVAC shutdown. Battery and voltage drop calculations appear to have sufficient capacity. No written comments, PDS Fire Inspector to field verify the functionality of the duct detector. An updated building map shall be provided at time of inspection.

There associated building permit BLD06-01063 is to construct a 1,594 sq. ft. "vanilla finish" (no tenant) space for a future tenant in the southwest corner of a vacant shell building area per approved plans. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy this space. Work to include new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, two new accessible restrooms, fire sprinkler work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
