Description	WAL-MART-GENERAL STORE REMODEL - To remove, add and relocated existing fire sprinklers for the new interior remodel of an existing 230,935-ft/2 retail building. Fire sprinkler work is related to the vision center, pharmacy, and photo lab, which are being remodeled and a dairy cooler expanded. Construction of a temporary pharmacy will be constructed while the actual pharmacy area is remodeled. This is a Scope of Work Permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered and has 60' minimum setbacks for unlimited area. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-00395.

Need to separate supplies to the drops from the common supply in the right rear office and provide a retaining strap for the pendant in the left rear corner of the vision center.
