The associated building permit (BLD06-01193) is to remodel within a 2,651 sq. ft. portion of the existing administrative support office area on the 3rd floor of the Central Wing per approved plans. Work includes selective demolition of interior non-bearing walls & finishes to include utilities serving area. To construct interior non-combustible walls to re-establish exit access corridor, create private offices, a conference room, locker room and one fully accessible restroom; change out doors and frames per plan with new rated door at stair enclosure; new suspended ceiling grid system; to upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances.
