Description	BOGATKO RESIDENCE * To install a (modified) life safety NFPA 13D system in a new 5,752-ft/2, three story single family dwelling with 2069-ft/2 first floor, 2069-ft/2 second floor, 1614-ft/2 third floor and a 907-ft/2 attached garage. The modification to this system is the installation of a single row of sidewall sprinklers along the common walls, ceilings/floor attached between the garage and any living space. Min. spacing between sprinklers at the master bedroom is exceeded, spacing at the kitchen and pantry head may be incorrect if pantry wall is not installed as shown on plan, an accessible storage area not shown on plans below stairs will require protection, provide nailer plates where vertical risers pass through walls, still need to perform supply line flush, antifreeze sign to indicate type of solution required for CPVC.
