The associated building permit (BLD06-01082) is to remodel a 136 sq.ft. private office into two offices as per approved plans. Work includes selective demolition, construction of 8'-5" non-combustible wall to divide room into two offices; to add new 3'x7' access door, next to existing sidelight, to new east office and open up 5 foot portion of wall to access west office; add new finishes and cabinetry work stations; and modify electrical and suspended ceiling grid at relocated light fixture. A 'Letter of Compliance' is required for this project for approval to occupy. This building is fully sprinklered and alarmed.
