Description	ALL AMERICAN HOMES - To construct a four bedroom, three and half bathroom 3536 sq. ft. two story single family dwelling (2172-ft/2 first floor, 1364-ft/2 second floor, with a attached 831-ft/2 three car garage). This house shall be fitted with an NFPA 13D modified system to include barrier protection between the garage and the living spaces. The system shall also be equipped with an alarm initiating device commonly referred to as a flow switch, and an outside alarm indicating device. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes, single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device shall be installed or under the license by a Fire Sprinkler Contractor in the State of Idaho, which shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief. This permit is attached to building permit BLD06-00061.

There are three pendant heads blocked by obstructions. One is by a hanging light in the first floor north dining area. THe other two are too close to ceiling fans in the second floor bedrooms. Also the wrong sized water meeter was not addressed with the last resubmittals and does need to be addressed with resubmittals. The water meter currently installed is 1" in size. I spoke to Mick about these items.

Sprinkler piping does not match the plans and needs resubmitting. A sticker to "Do not cover pipe" was posted. Also the water meter is not sized per the plans and there is no way for me to verify that the piping between the city connection and the water meter is 1 1/2".
