A raised floor system is being removed which will require the removal of 1 existing subfloor SSU, and the relocation of the 1" line (line) piping for an existing 1" drain. No heads are being added under this permit. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is not attached to any building permit.
