Two of three items on the previous correction notice have been verified for completion including signage at the door to the FACP room and retest of the PIV tamper switch. The latching supervisory signals at the panel have been conditionally accetped for this project only by Boise City PDS department head B. Chatterton. Contractor failed to produce NFPA 72 record of completion forms at final testing, permit final pending correct documentation for acceptance signature.
