Heads in the file storage room are overspaced, two heads at the reception area on the north side are overspaced off an adjacent wall, one head in a south office as marked on plans needs to be relocated for proper coverage, inspected relocated heads outside the scope of work in the elevator lobby and 1hr corridors, some field modifications have been made which are not included on approved plans.
