The Underground supply was installed and accepted under permit # FIR04-00610. This permit is attached to BLD04-00084. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. (03/22/07) It appears that five upright heads were added in the remote area at the upper level. These heads need to be added to the calculations. Please resubmit plans and calculations to support this modification. 065/26/07 The heads were added to the calculations. 06/26/07 Rev #7 Revised Scope of Work: Changes to the piping arrangement in the remote area were made during construction resulting in a resubmittal of plans and calculations.
