FA inspection for the 4th floor only completed today, some defficiencies corrected while on site, other items in need of repair include non-functional SD 105 in the corridor, one SD at the SW corridor is overspaced, the fire damper at the north hall does not operate correctly, vending area lacks sufficient detector coverage, as-built plans do not show the deletion of two FD's.

Fire Alarm Inspection 3/30/2007 4th floor correction verification and 3rd Floor inspection only. The inspection was performed by Mike Timmerman with assistance and help from Sam Rogers.
1. Items noted by Forrest France on 4th floor fire alarm inspection have been corrected. Found new fourth floor correction items to be corrected a.) long corridor notification spacing exceeded. b.) Fire smoke dampers re-open on fire alarm silence not reset.
2. Fire smoke damper not closing N W corridor.
3. Corridor smoke detector spacing needs to be corrected.
4. Cover missing on notification appliance elevator lobby.
5. Elevators not functional so they need to be tested.
6. Remove covers found on 120V smoke detectors.
7. South West HC Room notification appliance wrong location.
8. South West HC Room smoke detector mounted above restroom door.
9. Fire dampers re-open on silence not reset.
10. Check Battery Size.
