MICRON BUILDING #80 - (C9835) - To add 5 SSP's in 5 new constructed Air Lock Vestibules from Clean Room Wall Panels and a 3070 door. There will be one 4'-6" x 7'-6" vestibule at the subfab at Chem Dumbwaiter #003J between grid lines #G & #H and #7 & #8; and four 3'-0" x 8'-0" vestibules at the second floor, two at the southeast and southwest corners of Plenum #201F and two at the east and west sides of Plenum #201E. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permitted work is attached to building permit BLD06-002026.
