Scope includes adding QR SSP's in a new ceiling and wall layout built to accommodate the new work spaces as described below. Contractor may utilize the existing 1" or larger pipe outlets and 1" mechanical tee's. To finish the interior of the 4th floor West Wing Shell & Core of 2,790 sq. ft., constructed under BLD04-02293 for first time tenant use as a Bio-Med support facility for the hospital. Work includes selective interior demolition; construct interior non-combustible, non-bearing walls to create (4) Bio-Med rooms, a Clean/Storage room, an office, reception area and accessible route to all areas of this tenant improvement build-out. To construct a 2-hour mechanical shaft, install a suspended ceiling grid system and complete electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with adopted codes and ordinances of Boise City.
