Fire Alarm System Inspection 11-6-2006. The fire alarm vendor provided two copies of the modified floor plan for inspection. Three pendant mount detectors were installed in front of three fire smoke dampers that have no duct work associated with them. (Thru wall only) I also checked Audio/Visual circuit for operation and performance. Fire Alarm System Passed.

Received a phone call from fire alarm vendor "John of Fire Sentury" John Indicated that one smoke detector would be add to this project above the ceiling. A pendant mounted smoke detector will be located in front of a fire wall Fire/Smoke damper in ceiling plenum. Told John to provide the information to the field inspector and provide on as-builts.
