This building is fire sprinklered for building area increase. To remodel the 2nd story of an existing building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, new exterior windows, gypsum board soffits, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Idaho Fire Protection to add new SSP's and relocate existing SSP's where necessary to accommodate new interior walls.
