The sprinkler scope of work is to replace the existing pendant sprinkers at the sales floor, remove pendants at the storage area and pendants/uprights as shown for proper coverage. The building scope of work is to remodel an existing 12,317 sq.ft. retail tenant for new tenant per approved plans. This space was created as a "Vanilla Finish" under Bld05-01694. Work to include construction of two fully accessible restrooms, installation of a new suspended ceiling system and related lighting, construction of interior nonbearing partitions, to create storage area, small office and sales floor, installation of new HVAC system, installation of new vestibule. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
