One a/v in the corridor is non-functional, dampers at two locations in the corridor did not close upon alarm condition, noted one relocated manual pull station is installed too high, one set of double doors is out of adjustment at the mag locks, fire dampers on zone 6 did not function upon smoke detection.

Inspected fire alarm system operation in the new surgery waiting area of St Lukes Hospital. A/V syncronization and voice message Tested OK. EOL Voltage was 23.5VDC The smoke detectors and door hold release all tested OK. The in-duct smoke detector acces was OK and smoke detectors were operational, However, access doors on all 4 in-duct detectors do not provide visual access to the damper.
