To finish a 2,385 square foot area on the 2nd story for Development Services, to finish a 2,342 square foot area on the 2nd story for the Law Clerk, and to remodel a 802 square foot area on the 4th story for Family Court Services. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
