Description	To build a new 97,585 square foot, seven story mix occupancy high rise shell and core building and related site improvements. This building is constructed of geopier and concrete foundation, steel structural frame and concrete floors. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The first floor will have retail, restaurant and parking (8 spaces) and building electrical and mechanical support areas. The second floor is parking (30 spaces). The third through sixth floor will be residential condominium units. The seventh floor will be individual residential storage units (26 units) an excercise room and a 1300 square foot roof top trellis covered terrace. This is a shell permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. Note: Grading/geopier permit issued under MIS06-00064. Partial foundation & stair towers issued under BLD06-01349. *Shiloh Automatic Sprinkler Company to install approximatley 43 LF of 6" C900 fire sprinkler supply piping from city point of connection into the new building where they will transition to ductile iron for building stub in. This permit is for the underground supply portion only. No overhead sprinkler piping, including main supply to fire pump room, is allowed under this permitted scope of work.
