UG fire supply line does not meet the min. depth of bury requirements for freeze protection per NFPA 13. Per plan review notes and this jurisdiction, the min. depth of bury shall be 4'6" from the top of the pipe to finish grade. Several points along the length of pipe as measured are greater than or equal to 1' too shallow.
