EMERALD TECH CENTER BLDG #11 - To build out first time tenant space of 5,990 sq. ft. for tenant, Executrain, a portion of 13,140 sq. ft. "shell" building, BLD05-00916, still under construction. Work includes furring out and insulating exterior walls from floor to roof deck for energy code compliance; construction of interior non-bearing walls to create five classrooms for continuing education beyond the 12th grade; construct reception / office / admin /testing areas, two fully accessible restrooms, break room and access / egress path connecting two required exits. To install a suspended ceiling grid system and provide electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm & fire suppression work to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum adopted codes and ordinances or Boise City.
When tenant work affects fire sprinkler protection outside the permitted work area due to the installation of tenant-demising or new partition walls, the affected area sprinkler coverage outside the BLD permit will fall under the Fire Permit scope of work, to maintain the required fire protection within the fire sprinklered facility. The "Riser" and its supplies which include all appurtenances (including tamper, alarm and alarm monitoring) relating to the normal and correct function and integrity of this system will fall under the jurisdiction for code compliant verification.
